Line #4 4 or more words about the subject of your poem
   
Line #5 2 words describing the word on line #1
   
Line #6 1 word (a noun)
   
Example:

butterfly
fragile wings
flying flitting fluttering
sipping nectar from garden plants
orange black
beauty
